Doors : Flush door with Team wood frame for main door and country wood frames for other doors and windows.

Window : Aluminium frames with glass shutters.

Flooring : Ceramic tiles flooring.

Bathroom : (i) Cermaic tiles upto 7' height.
                 (ii) Concealed waterline
                 (iii) One white Indian type water closet and white western type closet.
                 (iv) One white single tap wash basin


Kitchen : Granite cooking platform with ceramic tiles upto window level and granite sink.Open cupboard and loft, tow concealed waterline, one for borewell water             another for palar water.

Additional Points : Mixi / Grinder points. Aqua guard point and washing machines point will  be provided.

Bed Room : Open cupboard and one loft.

Electrical : Single phase electrical supply with concealed copper wiring for all points.
